Anyway, I grew up in Lexington, TN. Then I went to Union University in Jackson, TN, where I majored in Art and Religion. I worked as a graphic designer for the Chester County Independent newspaper for a year and a half, then I worked as a graphic designer / summer camp video editor / product supervisor / random tech guy for Global Youth Ministry for three years. After that, I worked as an art director / webmaster for American Ministry Resources, publishers of Preaching Magazine and PreachingNow, a weekly email newsletter. After our acquisition by Salem Publishing, I continued doing design stuff, mostly for Preaching magazine and CCM magazine. Now I work for LifeWay Christian Publishing, where I'm one of the graphic designers for the kids' VBS material.

I also played bass for an alt.country band called God's Lonely Man for about a year in 2005-2006, and now I am currently writing and drawing an upcoming epic cartoon novel called Three Brothers Tycho.
